I couldnt run this programme.

i tried to run this programme, but couldnt run it. a mono gram of ci discovery appears and remains as still, no further movment in this software mean donot run.
however regards & thanks.
if you can let me know the procedure to run this software.
when i failed myself how can i forward this to any one????????
